The Merck Mectizan Award is given by Merck & Co., Inc. at the national/international and local/community level to individuals whose contribution to the control of onchocerciasis control and/or elimination of lymphatic filariasis deserves recognition and appreciation.
We welcome you to submit nominations based on the criteria listed on this form. All nominations received by MDP will be screened to ensure that they meet the established criteria and then reviewed by Merck & Co., Inc., the Mectizan Donation Program, and the Mectizan Expert Committee Chair for selection of award recipients.
